Product Description:

Leffe Blonde is a Belgian Abbey Ale, golden in colour. It has a delicate aroma of smoked bacon which combines beautifully with the more obvious aromas of caramel and toffee which are derived from the special 'Aromatic' malts used. These malts go through a special kilning process which dries and cures the malt at high temperatures resulting in high soluble sugar levels giving Leffe its distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.

A beautifully crafted golden Belgian ale

A beautifully crafted golden Belgian ale. It is consistently my beer of choice. I first discovered it at a Belgian bar called The Markt in New York, and it’s been my favourite ever since. Its signature chalice glass is designed to let just the right amount of air reach the beer, enhancing the aroma and bringing out its smooth, well‑balanced flavour. Just delicious and always so refreshing.

Excellent drinking beer. full of flavor, but not over powering Belgium Ale, at 6.5% . Very nice to have a couple in a Leffe glass to set off a sunny afternoon in the garden or on the verandah.

A great flavour and for a beer that's 6.6%, it's not sweet and hoppy like some others of the same strength.
Definitely the best Belgium beer.

Leffe

First tried on a trip through Belgium many years ago. Could not find it in Aus until they started opening the Belgium and German Beer Cafes in Sydney. We love the taste and fact you can have a few without feeling bad. Buy when I can and the price is reasonable for a good beer.
