Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan (Bavarian State Brewery of Weihenstephan) is the world's oldest known brewery and was established at Weihenstephan Abbey, at the Benedictine monk monastery, almost 1,000 years ago. Brewed using only barley, hops and water under The Reinhetsgebot Law of 1516 (German purity law) to produce their beers, Weihenstephan Original Helles is a 5.1% ABV Floral Malty German Lager that pours a delightful golden colour with bold malty aromas and beautiful, well-balanced and subtly sweet flavours. A crushable classic German lager.
