The boldest beer in the La Trappe range — and the original Quadrupel. Brewed by Trappist monks at Koningshoeven Abbey in the Netherlands since 1991, this rich amber ale is full-bodied, warming, and deeply complex.
Expect aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, and toasted nuts, with a malty sweet flavour layered with dates, caramel, and a smooth, pleasantly bitter finish. Bottle-conditioned for continued fermentation — enjoy it fresh or age it for port-like depth.
