Kirtabier is a traditional German "Kirchweihbier" (church fair beer), brewed to celebrate the harvest. This unfiltered lager pours a warm, cloudy brown with a reddish tint. It is distinguished by a high degree of fermentation, creating a full-bodied and aromatic character. Expect rich notes of toasted malt, fresh bread, and dark fruit, balanced by a pleasant sparkle and a distinct bitterness. It is a hearty and satisfying seasonal specialty.
