A clear cherry aroma characterises this wine. With a pleasantly low alcohol content, the wine is framed with a fruity body, discreet tannins and other oriental spices. Being already attractive and open in fragrance, it does not have to be decanted for hours before radiating its stimulating perfume. Slow fermentation of the Must, biological deacidification and partial ageing in wooden barrels.
